USR PTO LUNCH FUNDRAISER PROGRAM

(The lunch portal is open and will close at midnight on 9/6 )

PTO lunch program will start the week of September 16th
(Please be sure to pack a lunch for your child prior to this start date)

Before placing orders, please ensure you have updated your child’s grade and teacher in your account for the upcoming school year.

Upon order placement, please check your email/check your SPAM folder!  If you did not receive an automated email confirmation of your lunch purchase, please use the "My Account" pull-down menu and select "My Orders" to verify that your order has been placed.  Incorrect billing addresses and mistyped credit card numbers account for the vast majority of incomplete orders.  Due to time constraints this year, we will not take the extra step of looking for and calling individual users to resolve incomplete transactions.  If you did not receive an automated email confirmation, your child(ren) will not have a Monday or Tuesday lunch ordered or delivered.

There will be no refunds for field trips, inclement weather, mandatory, recommended or self-imposed quarantines, or other absences from school.

A transaction fee ranging from 2.4% to 4.0% of the total purchase price will be added to all credit card transactions and 1% of the total purchase price for all echeck transactions.All lunch program announcements will continue to be sent by the USR Board of Education for email distribution to our K-8 district.  Please contact the schools to update your contact information in Genesis to ensure uninterrupted correspondence from the USR BOE.For questions or problems with our ordering process or website, please contact helpdesk@paperlessPTO.comFor questions about our lunch program please contact usrptolunches@gmail.com

By joining the USR PTO, you'll be connected and know first-hand what's going on at our school. We have a monthly meeting to update our members. If you're unable to attend you can always refer to our website at www.usrpto.com and stay up to date with school current events. 2024-2025 Membership closes on the last day of March for each academic year.

USR PTO also publishes the USR School Directory that is a valuable tool with contact information about the school staff, students and community. A benefit of your membership fee entitles you to one (1) copy of the directory. The USR PTO appreciates your continued support in helping us enhance our children's educational experience.
