USR PTO LUNCH PROGRAM (PTO LUNCH FUNDRAISER) The lunch portal will open on 8/28 and close at midnight on 9/8 PTO lunch program will start the week of September 18th (Please be sure to pack a lunch for your child prior to this start date) The portal for new lunch orders for the start of the 2023/2024 school year is now open! Please visit https://usrpto.com to place your lunch orders for Monday and Tuesday. Lunch choices can be found under the Sales Tab. Elmer’s lunch portal is open for Wednesday - Friday. To place your order, go to elmerscountrystore.com and click School Lunches on the top menu bar. If this is your first time ordering from Elmer's, please be sure to create an account. Elmer’s lunch portal will close every Wednesday at midnight for the following week’s lunches (you can order weekly or monthly). Elmer's elmerscountrystore.com (Gluten Free Options available on all days) Upon order placement, please check your email/check your SPAM folder! If you did not receive an automated email confirmation of your lunch purchase, please use the "My Account" pull-down menu and select "My Orders" to verify that your order has been placed. Incorrect billing addresses and mistyped credit card numbers account for the vast majority of incomplete orders. Due to time constraints this year, we will not take the extra step of looking for and calling individual users to resolve incomplete transactions. If you did not receive an automated email confirmation, your child(ren) will not have a Monday or Tuesday lunch ordered or delivered.
There will be no refunds for field trips, inclement weather, mandatory, recommended or self-imposed quarantines, or other absences from school.
A transaction fee ranging from 2.4% to 4.0% of the total purchase price will be added to all credit card transactions and 1% of the total purchase price for all echeck transactions.
All lunch program announcements will continue to be sent by the USR Board of Education for email distribution to our K-8 district. Please contact the schools to update your contact information in Genesis to ensure uninterrupted correspondence from the USR BOE.
